Just thought I'd also inform you there's other MauMau albums out too. personally I have in my collection "Siku Njema" - Wenyeji and "Dandora Burning" - UkooflaniMaumau. Both really tight. I know also there's at least 2 Mashifta albums, as well as "Kilio cha Haki" still by UkooflaniMaumau. I understand there's a pre-album by Wakamba Wa2. And that also K'Shaka are currently working on another album.

PS: Anyone know where I could find their older albums i.e Ni Wakati as well as KKK or if there's anything else from the Kambi.

PS: What the deal with the UkooFlani (Coast) and Maumau (Nairobi) beef?

Av bin a regular visitor to this forum and now that we have a Kenyan section i have no choice but to be a memba!Al invite my peeps too!

About the UkooFulani beef word on the street is that the Mombasa wing is getting a raw deal in terms of monetary benefits, royalties and sponsor donations. . .yea even the underground artists have money issues you know.
The new single 'Burn Dem' by the Mombasa wing is some sort of dis or wake up call to UkooFulani Nairobi that they still are a force to reckon with.As usual Sharama makes the video look ril hood hehehe!
