First off,let me say the beats are all sick,Great work. conceptually dope too.
i'm a stickler for off-kilter,out-of-this world song titles so u got me there.
i'm really feeling
i dont need words.and on this download,it's painfully short, but i see a lot of people
jostling for space on the aformentioned.Let me tell y'all , i'll kill for a slot! jus joking.
i'm thinking it should be about the "evolution of an emcee"-how u started off humble beginnings and u're now iller than before,u've been to the rhyme finishing school and now u're so metaphysical and telekinetic with it ,words are secondary.Good for showcasing lyricism as well as showing love for hip hop.
I'm ready to leave- sounds laid back and sunroof top-like(a la pac's "check out time") a funny story?
something for the ladies?
This empire will not fall-will have the jedi returning for a second time.maybe 1st track after intro?
Radio-has dat cypha feel, cos it has a nice looped over beat, where dudes can just bust
I really like
mixtape material but think it's too laid back for engaging lyricism
Wrestling romance-sounds like something mos def and talib would spit on,
one time- club banger-features of both "touch it" and "flap ur wings"
Rock the floor- i love the drums and background singing- which brings me to a point- shouldnt we inject more local content in here, since not in the beats, may be in the hooks or choruses?
winds of change- me likey the guitar.should have a local chorus
well, i'm we're on to something special here- my choices are (in order of preference)
1.I dont need words(heck, i dont need any thing else but this)
2.Rage against self
3.mixtape material.
i'm not much of a storyteller or a dude with a swagger, but i believe in pushing my boundaries. so if worse comes to worse, hook me up with any beat , but in this order of preference-
1.Rock the floor 2.mixtape material 3.Radio.
