i go for that rule! in the last week or so, I been so exited, cuz every day, when I check my mailbox, i see notifications about people responding to the poetry on here, so that's a good thing. and applying that rule again should motivate old and new members to jot down their thoughts on the pieces they read. if u take out the time to read it, then it's only 1 extra minute to respond to it, right?
