finally the poetry battles are going on
a lot of new cats are on the board
talent is every where
i wish i had the time to read all of it
my bad i cant
but i'd like to join the battles thats if i'm not too late
and any rules that have cropped up please can someone update me if need be?

@ Nevilbee, listen never ever..............I mean never say what you juss said, cause that not only undermines your opponent and the battle, but it also undermines this whole battle section, cause it gives the impression that people do this half-heartedly, and thus elevation is stunted. I understand u new and everything, and I'm not pissed off or anything, but that gives anyone else the inclination to underplay any of your future work, and not bother reading it cause it's probably "not that good", and i don't read anything that's "not that good", so please son take this as advice and a heads up on conduct. Once again no respect lost, but please don't evr say that again.

Maaan, I'ma see what I can do, haven't done any poetry since 15 - which was where it all began, dropped somethin here yesterday but removed it because of the lack responses.. lol.. it's cool tho, I'll see how this goes..

not that i'm blaming my anxiety but i think i kinda grew
too impatient and so my mouth started leaking.
i like to apologise to C-SA, LORI, Ghostic, everybody involved in this battle
(as participants or spectators) and everybody in AHH community
who might have been offended by anything that i said in my post.
i love poetry. i entered this competition because i intend to: intreract
with other poets; learn to work with deadlines under pressure; and elevate myself
along with poetry.
i hope you people do forgive me. i intend to be part of this family for a long time.

@ Sike what ya mean by cause if it means you are up for the request i gave and you'll see how the battles unravels I'm cool with that, but if you mean that you'll first wait to see if progress on battles is good then you'll see whether or not to drop somethin then i kind of have a problem with that, but like i said please clear up what you meant.
as for the participation dillema, i think we should bring back that rule of having to comment on atleast 2 other posts before you post, i donno how yall feel about that, but i guess it's a step in the right direction.
