This is my first time in this site and I think i am interested in this idea. With that being said, I would like to introduce myself as BANTU a.k.a the Seal Of Poets. ...i think dropping a topic will be much better then interested peops will drop their piece afterwards personal opinions, it makes the forum much lively. just a suggestion.

Wass up fam, look i tried to revive the thread cause i really believed in the cause and i was willing to contribute time and effort to it, but for some unforseen reason it is no longer with us.
But thanks to all the poets who responded to my calling and signed up, i appreciate that, and for that i promise to start some new anniciative.
But please guyz do not get disheartined, and keep on supporting and writng and let's keep the flame burning!

Guess i should apologise for starting something i couldn't really follow up on. Things would have gone smoothly if i was still in varsity with my private internet connection, but i'm on holiday now and have none.
Because of this, i'd like to ask you, c-sa, if you'd like to take the reigns as poetry battles MOD?
May be a little late for me to be giving you this offer, but you seem to really believe in it and it has generated more activity in the forums.
So yea, it's all on you bruh. I just ask that you don't post battle threads until both battling parties "check in" on the original poetry battle thread, and that none of the battles get slept on.
I'll be checking the site out as often as i can, but internet cafes don't come cheap around here lol.
Feel free to pm me or whatever if you need any help.

With the holiday reccession and lack of internet access for most of our members (including me) i think we should start the poetry battles this year again, round about February, I'm tryin to consider those who rely on tertiary resources (including myselff).
What can be done is, we put up a thread in the poetry section when we are ready invitin in any member whose still active to join in!
Just holla back on this idea, and hope to expand on the poetry battles in this new year.
