Saw the Kid in a local SilverbirdTV interview.Apparently da guy came from yankee(probably got rejected over there)& dropped a vid with Mike Okri(another musician that haz bn oblivious these past few years).he hasnt been on the nigerian scene, he kinda just popped up like hand soda out'f nowhere.he's probably not even got an album.he just got his single out n tested the waters.
one thing though, guys over here r gonna bring some 'beef' to cook that 'sauce kid' up.it takes more than da yankee accent/swagger to impress dudes down here.
for real men listen to that guyz lyrical content he aint got nuthing 2 say but brag n yap about floss.just hope dat's not all he's got.he needs better exposure to real hiphop.i rest my case.

@ Saucefan: i heard the Mode 9 diss on friday on ray power Dj naughty Steve i think..... and yes yes. yes. u r soooooooooo correct.... that is almost like the best diss any nigerian has ever recorded against anybody. in my opinion for someone like mode 9 i dont know if it wise to respond but since u say they met on a personal level and had some word exchange then he should have subject matter to get back at them with..... I think the Ghetto P guy is Sauce kid's childhood friend because on the underdarock.com interview he did he talked about how he went back to nigeria and met Ghetto P rapping serious.......
anyway for those in Africa we know what sort of noise Sauce kid is making, from South Africa, nigeria for sure and all the way to cameroun ghana and co.....Once u win Nigeria, u win Africa......Tuface did....Tony Tetuila almost did...hey.. thats music!

at lady O his album has not dropped yet. if u know him on a personal level, u would know that and why are u worried about his status on the music scene if u dont like him? even enigma would agree that u sound like a hater....i know i do...anyway when u get nominated for 3 categories without an album out already in your first couple of months on the music scene, u dont need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that the guy has got appeal....say whatever about his rhymes Sauce kid will murder most people on the battle scene.......even Gino accepted he lost and still stood tall in defeat.. thats why they are boys now... because they are both real. and they both have love for hiphop.. "they are not just people who say whatever they want and think it will sound good to our ears" or whatever you wrote... on that note.. Sauce kid is real. come watch him perform ....

And if you think he doesnt have what it takes then why dont you speak Yoruba to him.I mean on some garrage language ooo,the conductor type of language...You know
You would be suprised by the way he would relate with you on that.So is not like he was in Yankee all his life.he used to run with da wildest niggas from Shogunro/Oluwole in Ogba
If i am lieing then go to shogunro or Olowole and ask about Lolly(which was his name back then),infact anybody that grew up or from Ogba wouldnt hesitate to tell you.
So if you think he is just one of you fake ass rappers that get your inspiration from trying to be a rapper overnight.Like see everybody getting into it and you wanna try.You wount just fit because you never or couldnt even stay a minute in the hood.
And thas the problem about Nigerian rap till date because most of this Rappers immulate the fact in there videos that they are streetz. When in reality they are daddy's boi,you na mean.
Is crasy because i dont see any of you keeping it real but Sauce...is out of the question.
Dude is the realest thing that has ever blessed the mic repping Niaja.I mean dude got his whole body tatted up,then his trad mark tat is NAIJA BOY.
You would be hearing more of me because of all this excalating issues you peeps address here about dude.
I really got alot to comment about and if anybody wants dramma then bring it on cause thas what i am all about...........
See you in the streetz

This dude Ghetto p has done something more like a movement and i like it.The whole idea of dissing someone who is claiming lyrical King is something that steps up the level of the game and thas going to make alot of mcee loose there carears.
I am sure Mode 0 wouldnt even think of replying because he has no Punchlines compared to P and apart from that the dude is 35 about the same age Jay-z is retired and he hasnt archieved anything..lol

@konko_below, Enigma, and all you sauce haterz and mode9 d!cksuckers:
it seems you people don't really read posts. what you all just do skip through it all and type a lot of bullshit. go back and read carefully what saucefan, nicechick and co. were writing. it was mostly on news about saucefan. how you konko_below, arrived at the conclusion that they were hyping sauce i don't know.
what you sauce-kid haters wouldn't mostly want to acknowledge is the fact that this thread is all about news about sauce-kid, and things concerning him. so if you, konko_below, then say shit like they're hyping him, mayn, i call that stupid bullshit. straight up BS. also saying his shit doesn't meet up to standard is one dumb statement. and pray tell me, what is the standard?
From Enigma:
Quote
...this statement alone bespeaks the fact that your hate for the guy is more than just musical. it goes way deeper than that. "i said i didnt like da guy.period!", exactly which is it you don't like? the guy's song or him himself. in my own opinion, all hate-talking is done out of hate and jealousy, nothing else. you may scoff at this part or post, but you can't erase the facts.
