hi every body I'm farafin's, I think Hip-hop it's a way of life, more than a life style. It's a family. I want to share with you the folowing article about the singer Seal. I think it's all true what he saying. And you, what do you think about? ( french, english & spanish)
-------
Aarticle on The Age:
Singer Seal has hit out at rappers for treating women badly.
Pop star Seal today hit out at rappers for their "derogatory" treatment of women.
Seal, who recently became engaged to model Heidi Klum, attacked fellow black artists for making videos which treat women as "sexual objects".
"I haven't had a lot of contact or dialogue with rappers," he said.
"It's sad when you see the rappers on TV and in the videos making these derogatory videos towards women ... kind of like sexual objects.
"And also portraying their idea of success to be 'all you gotta do is make a rap record, get the money and get the ... cars and that is success' - and 'look at me, I'm killing it now'," he said.
Seal, the son of Nigerian parents, told the US Sister 2 Sister magazine: "It's so sad because we're damaging our own. Like, in different cultures, you would never see that.
"Take for example the Jewish culture. They've been persecuted just like the black people, right? But you never see them eating their own. They don't. But we will.
"I really feel that there is a responsibility and what goes around comes around."
"art of the black skinned people"

Oui, c'est vrai. Mais, Seal is needs to look at the woman he is married to and ask himself if that is not an insult to black women. Are black women or african women not good enuf that he needs to go out and get a white one. That to me is also degrading and rude to black women. Aussi, tous le monde c'est que 'le femme africain' est le belle femme dans le monde. C'est ne pas vrai?

non, c'est ne pas vrai...not quite. besides I know some african women that think Seal c'est ne pas beau...so I guess everyone is happy at the end. I dont see it as an insult to la femmes africaine at all. If anything Heidi Klum might just be doing us a favor. mes opinions.

Alors, LOVE PEACE and Soul
