U sure this guy is from africa? Or is he just of african desecent? His accent sounds pretty much american to me...
The track's allright, it could use a different beat(something a little more hype)and I don't really like the hook. But I'd definately check out any other shit by the mc, he's pretty tight.

sure enough he is from Tanzania. there are some african emcees that don't have an african accent (international schools or a stay abroad, also see dola soul or abbas in tanzania, reggie rockstone in tanzania, etc).
in tanzania it's not easy for an mc like hashim who wants to rap in english cos the market is now asking for swahili rap (not necessarily hip hop).
hashim once did a featuring on a track with dutch emcees 2tall and skate. we tried to get him to holland but the visa was a problem. am trying to hook him up with beats cos he wants to record.
