[Lyrical Surgeon]

Our Family out there in Kenya this is the Doctor http://www.lyricalsurgeon.com and we need your help! We notice that a lot of hip hop world wide does not get much attention .... and in an effort to introduce our audience to different styles of hip hop globally we came across Influx Swagga out of Kenya - the only thing is that there are not any quality translators for swahili so we figured we would ask the family here for some assistance. We used what translators we could (Google and two other sources) but some phrases we could not piece together.
