hey everyone ,

I was just wondering which kind of black music was the most represented all over the world ?
Now i live in france and you mostly hear Hip Hop , Reaggae, Dancehall and Zouk

Here in South Africa the more dance focussed genres are huge. Liquid Deep is massive. However, there are some rappers like iFani doing some amazing work which is gaining a good underground following, especially since the mp3's are free and the videos are on YouTube. But dance is still king and it doesn't look like it will change soon.
