is mode in a beef with M.I?

the paradigm shift album was ok, not exactly what i expected but it was kool, nice lyrics, and some nice beats too, still bumping the big boy rap, talking to you and spartans. not enuff kicks on them beats though, they're disgracing my car speakers. I'm a mode fan, so waiting to hear this one..

if you remember vividly i reviewed that lp and gave it 7.5 over 10 and the review is still up for nostalgia.my fav cut has been and still is "a hero comes home" produced by the apprentice and samples from the Beowulf movie.i can never stop playing that tune .its a classic..but the album wasnt up to par..but i believe this would be better than it.but i heard some cuts on this..they aint classic-wise

Like i 4st said,i respect modo a lot,his first lp was my 4st nigerian cd i bought,so when i say he lst a lot of cred due to m.i's emergence i say it kuz it's the fact, way back before modo walked outta his pact wit big kev,he was considered to be d undisputed best rapper and untouchable,a lot of artists then were all looking 4ward to d day they will pull off some fat joint with him, then qmark fell off and he went solo, thats why paradigm shift didn't do so well, mi on the other hand came out with a new style, swagger and a sick jj besides him not forgetting audu solidly behind his ass, suddenly peeps realised that 9 wasn't all that untouchable,mi dismantled his grip at the top, charts and opp polls reveals it all,mi was d shit 2009 and modo was fucking slept on.i am not an mi freak,i bought his album after a lot of persuasion 4rm ma folks.all am tryn say is tha modo shld step up his game above the pd shift shit kuz we all knw he can do it... Ma thougts shaa

your thots sha...well said and thats the only line that made sense to me..M.I DIDNT DISMANTLE NO GRIP and as for paradigm shift not doing well it was a musical experiment ..remeber that terry the rapman wasnt on that album and also remember that Modenine used lots of unknown producers and the album was ENTIRELY HIS PROJECT INDEPENDENT........M.I had main stream appeal yeah i agree in 2009 but no one slept on 9 infact go to Mode nines myspace page and read the blogs ..real heads still root for him ....not my thots thooo

u see this is actually one of those posts you see on line and you know that there are actually some people out there that understand what Hip-Hop is and that Hip-Hop can never Die..like He said and i para phrase M.I is a joke just like Nigeria is so yall better get some shit like the link he posted up there, and listen to in order to save real hip-hop nevertheless no matter how big the ocean of Wackness, the Guardians of Hip-Hop are always there to protect the shore...so in addition to some realness go listen to some other real emcee and Look out for his mixtape on 05:05:10

www.myspace.com/bigfazillion

before i go let me quote you some lines from your best Emcee

" if you trying to take my pride/me and my guys go organize/and my Fans will Mobilize/WE will take you to the back and SODOMIZE"-MI off 9Ice vs M.I Safarawe

MI is a joke for real.
"kanye west from the west and the rest beat their chest" naija boy please! i wonder if dude is a gay considering the statement he made at a magazine lunch in lagos some time ago about how we would want to take odewinge home if then girl don't want to do that. He thought it was a funny joke but that was gay too me plus his tight ass jeans.

Rap musn't be all abt punchlines, thats the bottom line,m.i is not a heavy weight rapper but he's gat style, point one artist thats dosent have a wack line,"everybody ride her just like a bus route"that line's straight up wack, and tell me frm ur heart that u never bumped "crowd mentality"fuck punchlines, thats not rap to me.
