As lovely as she was in everyone's eye,
I couldn’t compare with anyone,
Her skin were so smooth like petals of rose,
She smelt so sweet like honey in a beehive,
Her figure was just one of God's best architecture,
Everyone desired to have her by his side,
But no one dared to persevere with her play rule,

She had a principle of no sex before marriage,
And this could bay many of them at the edge,
Yeah everyone wants to go to Heaven yet none wants to die,
I was the brave one to take the bull by its horns edge,

We had lots of fun together,
All those outings we had together
Are things that I wish not to remember,
I can still see her face vividly smiling at me,
But she aint there to smile anymore at me,
I can’t cry no more,
And no matter how hard I cry like a baby,
I aint going to have her back at my side,
They robbed what no man can neither recover nor purchase,

I treasured her more like than those bloody stones from the west,
I protected her with zeal and zest,
I wish I was strong like superman or even Hancock with might.
Why can street urchins be so savage to hand us a black rose flower,

One day we were strolling at the park with lots of love,
We were having fun chasing butterflies,
Suddenly, they came wild and woolly with machete,
Yes! Those who took her away from me,
They took turns on her innocence,
I was the one to protect her but I was defenseless to battle,
I watched the brutality with my hands chopped off.
Every movable joint of my body were broken off

Why did they have take what I had natured?
Just for how long will she be mourned?
True she’ll be forgotten in matter of days but not for me surely,
Why did she have to die in such brutality and animosity?
God! Why? Did you let her protect herself that much or it was inevitability?
Please keep her forever jovial in eternity,
Where she’ll be wiping my tears through sun rays,
And send kisses to me through windy times,
And whisper lovely vocals through silence of the nites,
How cool she came clean and left spotless thou stained……..

this piece sounds real sad towards the end and the vivid description of the scene where the atrocity took place
you unfolded a very unacceptable vice and thats jst goes well to explain smthin of that sought (rape)
damn! apart from the grammatical errors and structure, piece was aight
welcome to AHH poet (tho u broke a few rules i think :| )

Mad write! And to think these things happened, happen and will happen .. tragic. But to contrast tragedy is the imagery of love. Great piece!
