Proveli Paragon - back in Tanzania.

Born in London, England, to Tanzanian parents, Proveli traveled the world for much of his childhood because of his father’s involvement with Unicef. Proveli’s father took his family on the road to places like Cambodia, Kenya and Thailand.(just to mention a few) The experience and exposure to different cultures allowed Proveli to see how different, yet similar the world was. Proveli has called Edmonton home for 7 years heavily involved in the Hip Hop scene.

The rapper, who is known to occasionaly sing on his own choruses, says their music has moved him to make his vocals convey the joy and pain of his soul. ”
Proveli Paragon has performed at the 16th Annual Canadian Music Week (Toronto, ON) and 57th Annual Peach Fest (Penticton, BC),
Toured Western Canada with DL Incognito,Red 1 and Politic live.

Performed at the Western canadian music awards (Urban showcase) as well as opened for:
Nas, The Game, Obie trice, Fabolous, Lloyd banks, Neyo, Mos Def and 2 Live crew

Recently returned to Tanzania with his lastest release, 'Phantom Of The Rap Era' (produced by Sonik), the reception of the album has prompted a video for the single 'Dark Knight' (which can be seen on YouTube here: )
