Favourite albums and mixtapes so far in 2009
DOOM- born like this
Asher Roth- Asleep in the Bread Aisle
Evidence- Layover ep and Mixtape
Alchemist- The Cook Book
Chester French- Jacques Jams Vol 1 (Yeah chester f*ckin' french i like em even if u might think they not hip hop they somehow have a cross over appeal and musically u can't go wrong with Pharell in ya possee)
Rapper Big Pooh- Delightful bars( bt only for da beats Pooh really has upped his game but beats here are murder them JL boys are crazy)
K'Naan- Trobadour (African brova comes out with another banger beats on point and rhymes as sharp tipped as always, 15 minutes ,ABC's and fire in Freetown ...pure gems african hip hop at its supreme)
NASA- Spirit of Apollo ( like my man Jay said "this isn't hip hop! ITs WORLD music!! u can listen to this with da old heads new heads pop heads underground heads classicalists basically any and everyone on this planet,amazing album)
Exile - Radio (for my turntabalists and DJ's i didn't know he used sample from radio shows tho...crazy!!!)

Eminem,i'm still on da fence on this album heard it and i think it will grow on me ...one those hey lol yea but i like it tho don't know if its groundbreaking but we'll see
can't wait for Raekwon and Blackout2 red and meth back at their shananiggans....feels like da 90's again only less pimples and spots and more older slightly disturbing rapper's,wats da world coming to.
