hey yo who made that beat for jay-z h to da hizzo you know what i am talking bout...well i had that nigga who made it is from africa....and east africa and tanzania too...duuu.... 8)

Kanye West did the production. Is he originally from east Africa? i don't know actually maybe. All i know is that he comes from Chicago :-)
