Hi my name's Tendai...

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe...but my mother is Zambian so I thought I'd rep in here as well.I recently dropped my debut mixtape. Its making a little noise over and I've been dying to find an outlet to reach you guys at home....cos I'm done here and would like to see what can be done at home with this hip-hop thing..

How's Zambia looking for hip-hop these days...?

Have you visited Zambia before? Nice looking out-enjoy seeing brothers rep their roots...Reminds me of Zubs and his 'no place like home' single - datz true African Pride. So, since 'Zed' rapper to you applies both ways(Zam,Zim), which of the two do YOU think has a faster advancing Hiphop Scene?

I really can't call it at this stage...it feels like both scenes are still trying to find the consistency of say like the south african scene. What I like though is that on both sides of the Zed Emcee coin we've got skilled dudes....just not enough of that skill matching up with the hunger and drive needed to get those skills heard. But it'll come...the hunger is there and I think we all wanna put the region on the map. Whats your take on it though ?

Man...last time I was in Zambia must have been at least ten years ago. But I'm coming through in about a month to check out the fam'....its been too long and plus I've got good memories from there.

Anyway let me know what you think of the tape yea. I'm always open to opinion and criticism....its all love really.

whats up, i will give feedback on the tape as soon as im done downloading. I think the hip hop scene is more advanced in Zim...seeing as our brothers and sisters are pushing and the content is sensible...not to say we are not doing it in zed, but we can take a fine page from of southern neighbours!

thanks for the kind words bruh....I been outta here for a minute....but I'm finally back in Zim and just tryna find the scene....really wanting to come through Zambia soon though.....never did get that feedback outta ya man...would love to know your thoughts ....
