Hi Guys am DeePee....emcee/producer from CB/Kitwe.

am just wondering how u guys come up with your products. Hip Hop is mainly sampling of old( diggin the crates) and new records. Thats the main way pipo use to create beats.. My style is different, i prefer to have and create my own sounds.

how do you guys do it?...lets hear your art.

I also prefer my own style, starting from scratch. Sometimes I try and play a tune I know then modify it, then build it from there.

I hate sampling

I also dont prefer sampling, i feel you limit the soul of the song...If you heard Nicolay, you know what am saying. so do you make beats?

dude, i thing i discover is that mastering is your signiture, compare a song produced by the Neptunes and one by babyface, two different but major mastering skills. I would advise you to check out http://www.warbeats.com just to get a few tips but the rest will have to be decided by you...
