By Gilmore Ndlovu:

After a 3 year hiatus largely caused by frustration towards radio's treatment of the 2005 release 'Mzukuru wa Gogo',he's back. The man who pioneered the out-of-this-world style of Shona rap that influenced the likes of Maskiri seems to have a point to prove on this epic.I have had the privilege of listening to his latest offering. As a fan, my viewpoint might be biased. That's why i enlisted the aid of a group symbolising a wider demographic. The conclusion was more or less the same.Mr. Matambanadzo has evinced a creativity that is ahead of his contemporaries'.The concept of the album is vivid to say the least. The production crafty.Under the tutelage of Africa's best producer,Munetsi is bordering on legend. He produces a track on the album and cousin-turned-beatsmith Kinda hits the boards again to rejuvenate the chemistry that made Mzukuru wa Gogo a cult classic. The album's story line is ingenious and can effortlessly translate into a movie. He successfully lifts the weight the Nehanda theme he created on his first album off him. This is a come-back album.Like his first album,it took him a month.Sufficing to say it is the second he has done so far this year.Until then,he prefers to let his music do the talking. In the meantime, look up in the sky...

yo! i can dhl the merchandise.i got a few ideas how we can arrange payment.it would be easier to work with a 'company' that side, whereby i wholesale.that goes for places other than aussie.how can we get this to the zimbabwean diaspora?get at me.

Im with that... DHL sounds a plan no doubt. i hear ue abt the merchandise I have a few ideas on this but diaspora is too big for me to break it down ndega at the moment but each place has maLinks. I say we are better off finding the relevant demographics first and i belong to a few more forums other than this one and your music has legs, it has reached out. Your best bets: UK, US, Canada, SA, Australia. From my knowledge it is easier to get people hyped using other mediums like fliers, internet etc so lots of material from your ends is needed as well. I have to research more on this myself. I know ue are willing to network to see something lucrative so ill do my work here & get at peoples for a way forward. It's about your EAT of the cake...

Sorry, I caught onto this rather late. Was Muzukuru wa Gogo in the shops in Zimbabwe at any time? Munetsi, are the tracks on your myspace page from the sophomore album?
